Erről, ha megérem, írok hosszabban is. A magyar társadalom kedvenc hitei a nyelvtudásról és tanulásról. Csak most a k*rva portfóliót írom, úgyhogy csak egy szösszenet, bár az egyik top kedvenc:
XY 2 nyelven is beszél folyékonyan és soha nem tanult nyelvtant. És azt mondja, nem is tudja!
Közlik ragyogva, mint jó hírt.
Well, good for him. Learning a language means exposure to that language. Babies learn their mother tongue, we master our own native language after we have spent an immense amount of time being exposed to/ being immersed in that language. And we are conforming to the rules in our own expression in the process.
"He just feels it!" We just feel what sounds good in Hungarian. Yes, but it's only possible because we have encontered it many, many times. And I agree, it's a totally good and natural way to acquire a language.
So how come we teach grammar? To put it simply, because it's a shortcut. It saves you time. |
